Dane Hiett - Owner / Head Chef

A native of Seattle, Washington, Dane Hiett grew up with a passion for the culinary arts, bringing a myriad of dishes to life standing alongside his mother in their home kitchen. Working in the restaurant industry since age 15, he has spent countless hours refining his culinary skills, culminating in Chef Dane’s Kitchen. Throughout his pursuits, Dane spent eight years with the Four Seasons Hotel Restaurant in Santa Barbara, CA, and Vail, CO. He also served as a consultant chef on the Food Network show, Restaurant: Impossible. Since venturing into the world of luxury catering, Dane has had the pleasure of serving an extensive list of clientele, including a number of high profile celebrities. 

Dane is committed to using the power of food to bring people together and believes that some of the best memories are made around the dinner table. Whether preparing a full-course dinner or an hors d'oeuvres party, every occasion is carefully crafted into an unforgettable culinary experience. 


Sarah Kerr - Excecutive Sous Chef

Chef Sarah has a deep appreciation for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create unique and delicious dishes for events and gatherings of all sizes. Her training allows her to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. With Chef Sarah on board, we are confident that our catering services will reach new heights. Tanner Smith - Sous Chef

Chef Tanner specializes in fine dining catering, with a talent for crafting personalized private dinner experiences. A graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, he brings both classical training and a creative edge to every dish. Tanner refined his skills at the renowned Flagstaff House Restaurant, where he gained experience in high-level, precision-driven cuisine. His approach blends artistry, flavor, and hospitality to create memorable meals tailored to each guest. Whether designing a multi-course tasting menu or an intimate plated dinner, Tanner brings passion and professionalism to the table.


Emma Gaytan - Lead Event Coordinator

Emma is a native of Denver, Colorado & graduate of Metropolitan State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Emma has honed her skills in the hospitality industry since 2016. Her diverse background spans serving, bartending, management and sales, giving her a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep commitment to exceeding guest expectations, Emma is drawn to the transformative power of culinary arts in crafting immersive events. Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted leader in delivering seamless, memorable occasions.
